The free consultation is a great way to ease in. It's just a 15-minute conversation, no pressure, no commitment.

I'm an out-of-network provider, which means I don't bill insurance directly. However, I provide monthly superbills that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most clients with out-of-network benefits get reimbursed around 70% of the fee. I'd recommend calling your insurance and asking about your out-of-network mental health benefits before we start.

Yes. Research consistently shows that virtual therapy is just as effective as in-person for most issues. And honestly? Most of my clients prefer it. No commute, no waiting room, no rearranging your day. You can have a session from your home, your office, or anywhere you have privacy. It lowers the barrier, which means you're more likely to actually show up consistently, and consistency is what drives results.

That's what the free consultation is for. In 15 minutes, you'll get a sense of how I work and whether it feels like a fit. The right therapist is someone you feel comfortable being honest with; someone whose style matches how you process things. I'm direct, I'm warm, and I don't waste time. Most clients start with weekly sessions. That rhythm builds momentum. You start connecting dots between sessions, noticing patterns in real time, and making changes that actually stick. Some clients start with twice-weekly sessions, especially when things feel urgent. Over time, we adjust based on where you are and what you need. There's no one-size-fits-all formula.
